I've had a week or two of using the Fitbit. I like it, but I don't think it has changed my behavior at all. It's cool to know how many flights of stairs I climb and how many steps I take. But I'm already pretty active, and other than occasionally compelling me to take the stairs at work instead of the elevator, the Fitbit hasn't "made" me change my behavior.
Of course a gadget can't do that; the change has to come from me and my head.
I still am doing a good job with consuming fewer calories at breakfast. I think I am fully used to the change and all is well.
