Okay, I know I have been eating too much junk food. I can't decide if I want to really buckle down and count calories of everything I eat, or if I could just make a general effort to eat less fat. I hate calorie counting. But I like rules, and I think I've been too 'loosy goosy' on the whole thing. What would you recommend I do?
