Gratitude

 1. Yesterday I had Doris's gift all ready to give her, and she comes home from work and....she has a gift for me! Both of our gifts were for no reason. What an awesome coincidence that we'd both decided to get each other gifts and give them on the same day!*

 

2. An aide of my State Senator called me since I lead the LGBTQ committee of our local Dems, and we spoke a bit. She said for Pride month, a local newspaper might want to interview me. I doubt it'll happen, but if it does, very cool.

 

3. Been sleeping like a baby pretty much every night.

* I bought her a maxi dress; she likes the long dresses. She got me Gardettos, which require a special trip since neither of local food coop or Whole Foods have them.
