Another gratitude list

 
Here's a few since last time

1. NYE is tomorrow! Friends and good and board games!!

2. One of my actors from The 100 did an IG live video interview yesterday. He said he starts filming something next month! He said something like "Don't get too excited, I'm not Tom Hiddleston; it's just a made-for-TV movie filming in Canada." But I'm just thrilled that he's working!

3. For Christmas, I gave a friend a Cameo and she loved it!

4. I love the way the cat comes and sits with me when I'm working in the office. She never goes into the office except when I'm there

5. I sent my passport renewal off. What a process! Forms, going to Walgreens for the photo, the check, then going off to the post to get it sent Priority. I hope they get it back to me within 11 weeks since I'll need to to go on a business trip in April. Unless they cancel the con. (Please, please, employer cancel it)

6. And I got my car's oil changed, and it was about as painless as could be

7. My family does a Secret Santa gift exchange. But my parents got me and Doris an extra gift. It was stuff from Sur La Table....dish towels, jam, and olive oil. Nothing fancy but actually....it was all really just....plush. It was lovely. Also it gave me an idea of what to get my coworkers next year

8. Mom was grateful for everything we brought on Christmas. She texted that she had Doris's bread for breakfast, Doris's mom's tamales for lunch, and leftover lasagna for dinner. She said "it's like meals on wheels!"

9. The fic I posted for the Secret Santa exchange got 33 kudos and 8 comments, so that was good.
