Armed robbery

I was bummed out to read that there was an armed robbery near the downtown area of my city. (Kinda in an area I often find myself in). The police report says that two women approached a woman in a parkinglot, showed her a gun, and told her to drive to her bank. She withdrew money and then dropped them off where they told her to.

I try to think of how I would handle this. I took a self-defense class but the class taught defense against unarmed assailants. I haven't yet taken something to teach me to deal with an armed attacker, so I can't visualize what I'd do here. I guess I would've done the same as the woman did, thinking that you can't bet on them *not* shooting you.
