Wedding Wars with Sean Maher
Sep. 10th, 2012 08:10 pmJust saw a fun movie. It was "Wedding Wars", in which Firefly's Sean Maher (Simon Tam!) had a big role. It was so nice to see him again. The movie was a comedy in which a gay wedding planner decides to go on strike against his brother's wedding when he learns that his brother is against gay marriage. The movie focused on the G in LGBT and ignored the rest of the community, but it made me laugh and had Sean playing a gay man in it, so I enjoyed it.
Edit - Also wanted to mention that the movie had some nice sibling moments too, with the straight brother having to deal with his latent homophobia towards his gay brother. There were some nice moments there.
