In search of a beta tester

stormkeeper_lovesallDoes anyone want to beta-test for me? I'm hard at work on my third Firefly fic, which is tentatively titled "Treasure". I already have two fantastic betas, but am thinking that I could always use another especially since one of my betas is very busy now. The more perspectives and constructive feedback you get, the better story you come up with. Does anyone want to take a shot at it?

Under Their Skin and Hanging in the Balance.
"Treasure" will probably be about as long as "Under Their Skin", which has 24,000 words. Yeah, it will be another long one...but I won't be hurt if you can only beta the first or second chapter and then need to take a break or whatever. "Treasure" will feature the pairings Simon/Kaylee and Zoe/Wash (er, because every lesbian author just loves to write about straight couples....), with the rest of the crew playing fairly important roles. The rating will likely be PG-13, though one later chapter will contain some disturbing stuff and may be more of an R. The story takes place right after the TV series, as if the movie has not happened (and it will not happen in this AU). Basically, the crew is facing even harder times due to a ‘verse-wide economic collapse and they will have to deal with fewer jobs, facing the struggle to 'stay in the air' and just keep going. They are going to face a particularly tough challenge in one of the later chapters and have to come up with a plan to deal with that. And, as previously implied, Simon and Kaylee will make progress with their relationship and we'll get some insights into Zoe and Wash's as well.
In exchange for betaing, I'd be happy to provide you with my beta-testing skills too. So please let me know if you're interested, and thank you in advance.
