- One of my favorite actors from The Outpost, Reece Ritchie, he is in the main cast of a show that's going to launch in February. It's called The Ark and it looks really, really damn good. This is a fan's dream....an actor you love from a show that ended getting into main cast for something that looks interesting.

- I mentioned it in my last book report but I gotta say it again. Emma Donoghue's new novel "Haven". Read it in 2 days. Such incredible writing, setting, characters, and plot.

- Had to go into the office last week for a meeting and lunch with the team. First my smaller team met and exchanged gifts, then the bigger team met. It was good enough. I do enjoy the tea and scarf I got.

- Coffee/scrabble date with Ann tomorrow!!

- Small items: I made a stew yesterday and it was actually tasty. (I find that stew can often be meh unless you bury it under cream or cheese). Cleaned 2 areas of the basement and the sunroom. At work we got free subscriptions to something called Master Class and the first one was actually great; I learned a lot.

- Fan stuff! For the first time ever, I wrote a Christmas AU. I've only ever written 1 other AU in T100 before. I loved writing it and think it turned out really well. And Sachin and I interacted a bit on Twitter yesterday when the show he's in 1 episode of - So Help Me Todd - dropped. And someone reminded me that he was in a Christmas movie 7 years ago. I decided to watch it. It's called Ice Sculpture Christmas. It's not bad, and he's actually in several scenes with several lines, a decent role.

Yay for tasty stew! I have been thinking about making something hearty in our crock pot lately and I keep talking myself out of it because I don't want to spend the money/time/energy on it for it to just be meh.

How was the so help me todd episode?

The So Help Me Todd ep was good. On the bad news side, Sachin plays a bad guy. But on the positive, it was a fairly big role - he had several scenes and lots of lines. I keep hoping he will do what Reece Ritchie has done, land a regular role on a show that looks good. Of course that is what every fan wants for their favorite actor. :)
